This button allows the user to view and change the Scaling Factor that is set for the material that has been imported into the Current Job:

MillBox Supports Shrinkage Factors in the following formats:

  • Uniform Shrinkage / Expansion Rate
    • Only has 1 shrinkage rate
      • Numerical: Example 1.25
      • Percentage: Example 20%
    • Amman Girrbach Codes are also supported
      • Example: F16
  • Non-Uniform Shrinkage / Expansion Rate
    • Typically has 3 different shrinkages (one for x, y and z axes respectively)
      • Example: 1.2234, 1.2234, 1.25

Note: This tool is applicable for materials that use scaling factors (IE: Zirconia, Sintering Metal, Etc)
