Support Information

To access important details about your MillBox version, installation, and license information based on your payment tier, use the Support Information window by following these steps:

1. Click on Job Management 
2. Cick on Support
   

You will now see details about your MillBox installation and licensing.  (See descriptions below)

1. MillBox / SUM3D Revisions

These are the core build versions for MillBox and SUM3D.

2. License Information

This is where you can find your 4/5 digit dongle number along with the year of annual maintenance specified or if you are running on a trial /temporary license, you will see how many days of access to the CAM are left.

3. Comfort & Advanced Packs

These MillBox feature packs can be activated to fulfill your specific requirements, typically through a licensing upgrade process (e.g., MillBox Standard vs. MillBox Expert). For more detailed information about your license and available features, it is advisable to contact your dealer or reach out to a regional CIMsystem office.

NOTE: In order to lookup your license, you will need to provide your 4/5 digit dongle number found in item #2 above.

4. Backup Files and Teamviewer Support

These icons are used to create backup files for your support team and allow access to your PC via Teamviewer if it is not already installed.

5. Download Updates

Download the latest updates from our website.

NOTE: This link may differ based on your version and provider of the CAM.

6. What's New? 

This button will lead you to CIMsystem's news website, where you can remain up to date on any new MillBox features as well as any relevant real-world events or films that may be useful in enhancing your CAD/CAM processes.
