MillBox - How to Find Your Dongle Number / License Information

MillBox Dongle:

The MillBox dongle is a purple dongle with a yellow sticker with the dongle number printed on it.
This unique identifier is essential for activating your software after updates or license changes.

Accessing the Support Window

Method 1: Using the Title Bar:

1. Right-Click the Title Bar
2. Click on Support...

Method 2:  Support Button (For 2018 or Later Versions)

1. Select Job Management on the Left Side of MillBox:
2. Select Support...

Support Page Details:

When clicking on Support using either of the methods described above, a Support Page window will appear, displaying the following information:

The title of the support page indicates which installer is set up. This support page displays information for MillBox v2024, confirming that the 2024 installer is installed.

• MillBox / SUM3D Build: 
  • The date / year of the revision the software is currently running.
    
• License: Dongle Details;
  • Dongle Number
  • Licensed Year of Dongle
    and / or
  • Temporary License status and the remaining days.
    
• Comfort / Advanced Features: 
  • Displays if the Dongle has these features enabled / disabled. **
    • ** If on a Temporary license, all features within the software are unlocked / enabled.
• Options to Create Backup Files or request TeamViewer assistance.
